[value] => En una sartén deterrimos la nuez de mantequilla y añadimos el zumo de limón, ajo en polvo, 1 cucharada de mostaza, pimienta, sal y un poco de agua.
Dejamos a cocer a poca temperatura hasta que espese un poquito y liguen bien todos los ingredientes.
Mientras tanto, en una plancha, con un poco de aceite doramos el lomo de bonito, sin hacerlo demasiado para que no se nos seque.
Colocamos en un plato, añadimos un poco de sal gruesa y regamos con la salsa de cítricos. Damos un toque decorativo y de sabor con un poco de crema balsámica de Módena.
